Our mission is to reach and teach children to become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, sending them to serve in their families, church, communities and around the world. We partner with parents to guide kids toward a heart for God.
The LCC Nursery (Sonshine Station) exists to serve families by providing care that expresses God's deep love for children birth through 36 months. Care is provided during both Sunday services, Sunday School, and Midweek Connect.
3 year old-Grade 6 will be invited to join us in the Youth Center.
Kids age 3 through Grade 6 are invited to worship with us in Kid’s Church. Kids learn to worship God for who He is and what He does and learn to be the church in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Preschool age children worship together with the elementary kids and then move to their own room for the Bible lesson and activities. Fifth and sixth grade service crew members learn to take on leadership roles in Kid’s Church.
Begins September 15, 2013.
Sunday School is where children study God’s Word in a smaller group setting. Children learn to become disciples of Jesus by studying the Bible and applying it to their daily life. Our approach is active and engaging, helping all children to learn well and each week all ages study the same Bible point to make it easy for families to extend learning after Sunday.
Begins October 2, 2013.
Wednesday night is LCC’s Midweek Connect. There are opportunities for all ages to connect in various groups. Children K-6 can join boys clubs and girls clubs where kids connect with peers, leaders, and God through fun activities and Bible lessons. There is a preschool group for 3 year olds and pre-K and the nursery is open for children birth through 36 months.

The health and safety of your children is a priority for us. Our volunteers are carefully screened and trained to ensure the safest environment possible. We use an electronic check-in system with security badges to ensure that your child is only released to an authorized adult. Children who show signs of illness or symptoms of a fever or any other contagious disease are not accepted in rooms.
